Homemade Cottage Cheese
  1. Put the milk on a medium-low heat and wait until it is steaming and warm/hot, but still touchable.

  2. Remove from heat and add the ½ cup of distilled vinegar.

  3. Let it sit for 20 minutes.

  4. Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth and let it sit for about 10 minutes until most of the liquid is gone.
