Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Remove any extra fat from the Pork Tenderloin (2) and make small horizontal slices down each tenderloin. Place the tenderloins in a 9x12-inch baking dish.
Slather the Honey Mustard (1 ⅓ cups) over the tenderloins.
Sprinkle the Dried Rosemary (2 Tbsp) over the tenderloins.
Bake for 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 3 minutes.
Slice and serve with Frozen Mixed Vegetables (to taste) .
