Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Add everything except choc chips + raspberries into a blender/food processor. Blitz until smooth.
Stir in half the choc chips.
Pour into a lined 8x8 tin or a bread tin. Scatter raspberries + the rest of the choc chips on top.
Bake 15-18 mins. Let cool before slicing. I like to put into the fridge so it firms up a little.
