Melt In The Middle Chocolate Fondant
  1. Put the dark chocolate and butter in a bowl, melt in the microwave in 30s bursts, stirring in between (it should take 2-3 bursts)

  2. When smooth, whisk in the sugar using an electric hand whisk

  3. Next whisk in the egg and vanilla, and finally whisk in the flour until you have a smooth batter

  4. Pour the mixture into well greased ramekins

  5. The fondants can now be refrigerated, frozen or cooked straight away

  6. To cook, heat an oven to 180C and cook for 10-12 minutes (or about 16 minutes from frozen)
