  1. In a small pan, simmer the limoncello, lemon juice, and whisk in the cubed butter until well combined.

  2. Pour in heavy cream, whisk to mix and turn off heat.

  3. Drizzle sauce over baked lobster ravioli, and garnish with finely chopped parsley and parmesan cheese.
