Pour 3 cups of wheat flour into the bowl and sieve it to aerate.
Add half a teaspoon of salt.
Pour 0.75 cup of boiling water into the bowl while stirring vigorously.
Cover the bowl with a cotton cloth and set aside for about 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, add 0.25 cup of cold water and stir.
Cover the dough again and set aside for 15 minutes.
Add half a teaspoon of vegetable oil and knead the dough until smooth.
Roll out the dough to about 2-3 millimeters thick on a floured surface.
Cut circles out of the dough using a cup and place filling in the middle.
Fold the circles to form pierogi and knead any scraps to repeat the process.
