Greek Chicken Kontosouvli
  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the marinade, along with a good few pinches of salt and pepper. Add the chicken thighs and mix everything together. Cover and chill for at least an hour.

  2. To cook on BBQ - Thread the chicken thighs onto metal skewers – so that they are really compact. Place the chicken kebab on the BBQ, turning regularly, or until cooked through.

  3. To cook in Airfryer - place directly onto the racks of a preheated airfryer, cook at 190°c for 20mins, turning occasionally

  4. Cover the chicken with foil and leave to rest for 20 minutes before slicing.

  5. Slice strips of chicken from the kebab and stuff into warm pittas. Serve with tzatziki, tomato, red onion and crunchy lettuce
