Espresso Orange Brioche Bread Pudding With Hazelnut Vanilla Sauce
  1. Cut the brioche into bite-size cubes and place them in a greased baking dish.

  3. Pour the custard over the bread, stir to coat, fold in nuts, and rest 20 minutes.

  4. Bake at 375°F for 35 minutes until golden and set.

  5. For the sauce, combine sugar, butter, cream, coffee, and nutmeg in a saucepan; cook until thickened and smooth.

  6. Serve warm pudding with warm sauce drizzled generously over the top.
