Brown the Italian sausage and set aside
Sauté a chopped leek, a shallot, and three cloves of garlic
Season with salt and pepper
Deglaze with some white wine
Add in crushed tomatoes and a box of stock
Simmer for about 20 minutes
Add in the gnocchi, some cream, and the Italian sausage
Add a handful of spinach
Serve with lots of shaved Parmesan and red pepper flakes
