Creamy Gnocchi Soup With Italian Sausage
  1. Brown the Italian sausage and set aside

  2. Sauté a chopped leek, a shallot, and three cloves of garlic

  3. Season with salt and pepper

  4. Deglaze with some white wine

  5. Add in crushed tomatoes and a box of stock

  6. Simmer for about 20 minutes

  7. Add in the gnocchi, some cream, and the Italian sausage

  8. Add a handful of spinach

  9. Serve with lots of shaved Parmesan and red pepper flakes
