Salmon In Filo Pastry – Light, Crispy
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C

  2. Saute washed spinach with a knob of butter.

  3. Mix cream cheese, herbs, zest, seasoning and spinach.

  4. Layer filo, buttering each sheet.

  5. Add filling, salmon.

  6. Wrap, flip seam-side down.

  7. Butter generously.

  8. Bake 20–25 mins until golden.

  9. Rest 5 mins, slice, serve.
