Preheat oven to 200°C
Saute washed spinach with a knob of butter.
Mix cream cheese, herbs, zest, seasoning and spinach.
Layer filo, buttering each sheet.
Add filling, salmon.
Wrap, flip seam-side down.
Butter generously.
Bake 20–25 mins until golden.
Rest 5 mins, slice, serve.
