Preheat the oven to 200°C
Trim the root and dark green part of the leek and discard, halve, and slice the leek. Mince the garlic. Chop the dill. Grate the Cheddar
Heat oil in a frying pan. Pat the cod dry, season with salt and pepper, and fry for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden. Transfer to an oven dish
In the same pan, heat a drizzle of oil. Add the leek and garlic and fry for 3–5 minutes. Add the crème fraîche, stock paste, dill, and water. Simmer for 2–4 minutes
Pour the sauce over the cod. Top with breadcrumbs and cheese. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and cooked through
Boil broccoli and green beans until semi soft
