Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, toss the kale pieces with olive oil until well coated.
Spread the kale out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Sprinkle with salt.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until crispy, flipping halfway through.
Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
