Blend the ⅓ cup of whole flax seeds into a flax seed milk.
In a bowl, combine the ⅓ cup of chia seeds, the flax seed milk, 2 cups of coconut cashew milk, 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract, 1 cup of blended blueberries, ⅓ cup of whole blueberries, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Mix everything together well.
Let the pudding sit for about 30 minutes to 1 hour to thicken up.
