Frozen Peanut Butter Fudge
  1. Mix until smooth.

  2. Spread into a lined mold or small dish.

  3. Freeze 2 hours.

  4. Lift out and cut into squares.

  5. Stir the peanut butter well before measuring, and if yours is stiff, warm it slightly so it blends in evenly.

  6. Keep the squares in the freezer and let them sit a minute or two before eating.
