Poulet À La Normande - Cider Chicken Stew
  1. Fry the chicken 5 min each sides.

  2. Use the same pan to soften the celery and onions for 5min. Add the garlic.

  3. Add the cider, stock and thyme and return the chicken to the pan.

  4. In the oven for 30min at 180C.

  5. When you are ready to serve : add mustard and crème fraîche. The corn flour to thicken it all.
