Juicy Honey Garlic Pork Chops
  1. Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel. In a small bowl, mix onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, seasoned salt, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Rub the seasoning evenly onto both sides of the pork chops.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

  3. Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the same pan. Once melted, stir in minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar, stirring to combine. Let the sauce simmer for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened.

  4. Return the pork chops to the pan, spoon the sauce over them, and let them cook for another 2 minutes, ensuring they're well coated and juicy.

  5. Remove from heat and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving. Drizzle extra sauce over the top and enjoy.
