TOFU Skewers
  1. Toss corn start salt and a touch of oil (or sesame oil) add to a baking tray and bake at 175C/350F for 20mins.

  2. Fry the garlic 1-2mins.

  3. add soy and syrup Let it bubble for 5mins.

  4. Stir in the tofu and put it on skewers.

  5. Grill at 230C/450F for 8-10mins.
