In a large pitcher, combine the pomegranate juice, orange juice, cranberry juice, lime juice. Stir until combined. Chill until ready to serve.
Add ice to cocktail glasses and pour over the punch. Pour over the champagne and/or ginger beer. Cointreau, and vodka. Serve with sugared cranberries/orange slices and rosemary.
In a medium bowl, stir together 2 cups fresh cranberries with ½ cup pure maple syrup or honey. Let sit 10-15 minutes. Strain the cranberries, then add them to a parchment-lined baking sheet.2.
