Bang Bang Chicken Skewers
  1. Dice the chicken thighs then add to a bowl with the paprika, chilli powder, garlic and salt & pepper.

  2. In a separate bowl mix together the mayo, sriracha, sweet chilli, lime juice & soy sauce.

  3. Add ⅔ of the sauce to the chicken & stir well.

  4. Add the chicken to skewers and then cook in the airfryer at 190C for 20 mins basting every 5 mins with the left over sauce and turning half way through.

  5. Serve with some rice & top with optional garnish of spring onion and chilli flakes.
