Cream together butter, oil and sugar.
Whisk in egg whites until mixture is pale.
Add in vanilla and mashed banana.
In a separate bowl whisk together all dry ingredients, plus banana chips and chocolates.
Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until a dough forms.
On a parchment lined baking sheet scoop ¼ cup of dough and form into rounds (this should result in 15 cookies)
Bake @ 375ºF for 12-13 minutes (for best results chill dough for 20 minutes before baking)
