Make Batter
Mix all ingredients until smooth.
Fry Chicken
Coat chicken cubes in batter.
Deep fry chicken cubes until crisp and golden, 4-5 minutes at 175°C.
Make Sauce and Finish
Heat oil. Toast peppers, then add garlic. Sauté 2 minutes.
Add fried chicken and sweet chili sauce. Toss until coated.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions. Toss and serve warm.
