1 large onion (finely chopped)

1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
100ml warm water
Finish
100ml double cream
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp Kasuri methi (crushed)
Sliced ginger
Chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp Sugar or honey (optional, for balance)
