Faith Olver's Gingersnap Bars

Ingredients:

    Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Melt butter and cool for 5 minutes.

  3. Add remaining ingredients except for the 2T of sugar.

  4. Spread into a greased 9x13" pan. Batter should be pretty thick. You can wet your hands to pat down the batter.

  5. Sprinkle with the 2T of sugar.

  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Do no over bake.
