in a large port, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced kielbasa and cook until browned. Remove and set aside
add onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, 20 seconds to 1 minute
Pour in the broth, then add potatoes, carrots, and chopped celery. Stir in the various seasonings (Salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley)
bring mix to a boil and reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 20 minutes
mix in the kielbasa after the 20 minutes and simmer for about 5-7 minutes, or until heated through.
