Cook both on medium high heat. Steak will only take about 2-3 minutes. Remove first. Once chicken reaches 160F internal, add steak back in along with 1 tbsp of garlic butter (recipe below)
Sauté onion & garlic until softened and fragrant. Add rice. Let it crisp up for about 2 minutes. Move to the side, add oil and add eggs. Scramble and mix everything together. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce & sesame oil. Finish off with garlic butter & green onions.
