Chocolate Lava Cakes
  1. Butter the ramekins and coat with cocoa powder or flour to prevent sticking.

  2. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a bowl.

  3. Prepare the egg and sugar mixture.

  4. Add 1 tablespoon of all purpose flour to the batter.

  5. Fill the ramekins to the lip but not past it.

  6. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 minutes.
