Chicken Caesar Sandwich
  1. Using your hands, rub chicken with Montreal Steak Spice and Barbeque seasoning. In non-stick skillet, heat oil over high heat. Add chicken, cook, stirring occasionally, until crispy and no longer pink inside, about 5 minutes. Add onion, cook, stirring often, for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.

  2. Preheat oven to broil. Slice buns lengthwise. Brush with garlic butter and place 2 slices of cheese on bottom half of each bun. Broil until cheese melts and buns are golden and toasted, 2-3 minutes.

  3. In large bowl, toss lettuce with dressing and onions. Top bottom buns with reserved chicken, salad and remaining bun..
