Using your hands, rub chicken with Montreal Steak Spice and Barbeque seasoning. In non-stick skillet, heat oil over high heat. Add chicken, cook, stirring occasionally, until crispy and no longer pink inside, about 5 minutes. Add onion, cook, stirring often, for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
