Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and sea salt until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
In a food processor, combine the chopped pecans, pitted dates, coconut milk, and vanilla extract. Process until smooth and well blended.
Spread the pecan date mixture over the crust in an even layer.
Bake the pecan pie bars in the oven for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the filling is set.
Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting into squares. Serve and enjoy!
