Marinate your chicken for around half an hour to an hour.
Add to a pot with little water and cook on low till ¾ done.
Remove off the heat and take the chicken out of the pot putting it aside to cool.
Once cooled down, coat your chicken in egg and breadcrumbs. Repeat the coating twice for extra crispiness.
Fry the chicken in shallow oil till golden.
Serve your spicy fried chicken with some salad or coleslaw as well as the quick chutney.
