Spinach Artichoke Fried Cheese Bites
  1. In a bowl, combine the spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic, salt, pepper, and onion powder until well mixed.

  2. Press the mixture into a greased loaf pan and freeze for 1 hour, or until firm.

  3. Remove from the freezer and cut into 8 equal pieces.

  4. Dip each piece into the flour, then the egg, then the bread crumbs, repeating the egg and bread crumb step once more for a thicker crust.

  5. Fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.

  6. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
