boil frozen firm tofu for 10 minutes
in a blender, blitz the silken tofu, plant milk or stock, turmeric, onion powder, garlic powder kala namak, black pepper, nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, and cumin
drain and press boiled firm tofu
in a frying pan, heat vegan butter. once hot, add block of firm tofu and break up in pan with spatula. you want rough chunks
fry for a few minutes until golden and then add the silken tofu mixture
cook through for a few minutes until it's thickened up and serve over sourdough toast, in a breakfast burrito or even on it's own, this recipe is just too good not to try
