  1. boil frozen firm tofu for 10 minutes

  2. in a blender, blitz the silken tofu, plant milk or stock, turmeric, onion powder, garlic powder kala namak, black pepper, nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, and cumin

  3. drain and press boiled firm tofu

  4. in a frying pan, heat vegan butter. once hot, add block of firm tofu and break up in pan with spatula. you want rough chunks

  5. fry for a few minutes until golden and then add the silken tofu mixture

  6. cook through for a few minutes until it's thickened up and serve over sourdough toast, in a breakfast burrito or even on it's own, this recipe is just too good not to try
