Japanese Curry Using S&b Golden Curry
  1. Place a frying pan on a medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the chicken or pork and cook for a few minutes until it starts to brown. Then remove and set aside.

  2. Fry the onions for a few minutes until they are translucent, adding a little more oil if you need to.

  3. Then add the carrot slices and fry for a few more minutes.

  4. Add the water, bring it to boil, then simmer on a low heat for 10 minutes.

  5. Add the curry roux cubes and stir until it thickens and stir in the honey.

  6. Add the browned chicken or pork and simmer for 5 more minutes with the lid on until cooked through.

  7. Serve with rice and your choice of toppings.
