Fermented Lemon Ginger Honey
  1. Add a few lemon and ginger slices to a clean jar.

  2. Pour raw honey to cover the slices.

  3. Repeat the layers until the jar is nearly full.

  4. Leave about ½ inch of space at the top.

  5. Cover loosely with a lid or cloth.

  6. Let it sit at room temp for 14-30 days, stirring daily.

  7. Once it's bubbly and syrupy, store in the fridge. It can lasts up to 6 months in the fridge.
