Add butter and garlic, sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
Add cooked rice and mix well until fully coated.
Cook for another 2–3 minutes until heated through.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
