Dijon Salmon
  1. Salt and pepper the salmon filet.

  2. Stir up the brown sugar and dijon mustard to make the marinade.

  3. Smear the marinade over the salmon.

  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or,

    7 minutes skin-side down, 4 minutes other side over medium heat (minimal oil needed)

  5. Optional: Add a splash of soy sauce and/or garlic
