Berry–green Tea Smoothie
  1. Combine 2 cups frozen berries, 1 cup tea, ¼ cup yogurt, 3 dates and 1½ tablespoons chia seeds in a blender; process until smooth, about 1 minute.

  2. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
