In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt with ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri red chilli paste, red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, chat masala, black salt, and black pepper powder. Whisk everything together until well mixed.
Add the mustard oil and cooking oil to the mixture, and continue whisking for about a minute to ensure the oils are fully incorporated with the spices.
Finally, stir in the lemon juice and give the mixture one last mix. Your Tandoori masala is now ready to use.
