Air Fryer Courgette Sticks
  1. Combine the breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, some salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese together in a bowl, mix well.

  2. Place the whisked egg in a bowl, and the plain flour in another bowl.

  3. Cut your courgette into batons and then dip into the flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture.

  4. Place into the airfryer one by one as you go.

  5. Cool in the airfryer at 180 Celsius for around 8 mins or until golden.

  6. Optional- serve with tzatziki. Mix together some chopped dill, some Greek yoghurt, some grated cucumber, a squeeze of lemon juice, a dash of garlic powder,and some salt to make the tzatziki.
