Skontis - Mini Blueberry Cream Cheese Scones
  1. Mix dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, salt) in a large bowl

  2. Add the frozen butter cubes and cut them into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs

  3. Microwave 4 oz cream cheese with milk until melted; let cool slightly

  4. Add the milk and cream cheese mixture to the flour mixture along with the egg; mix lightly until just incorporated

  5. Cube another 4 oz cream cheese and fold gently into batter

  6. Add blueberries and fold in gently

  7. Press remaining cream cheese cubes into the dough

  8. Scoop batter onto a cookie sheet using your favorite cookie scoop

  9. Bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes, until tops start to brown

  10. Let cool completely

  11. Glaze with powdered sugar and milk mixture
