Slice each block of halloumi into 4 pieces, then halve each one to give you 8 sticks per block.
Wrap each halloumi stick in a rasher of bacon and air fry at 190 for 8 minutes.
While that's cooking, mix the mustard and honey together to make your glaze.
After 8 minutes, brush the glaze over the halloumi and cook for roughly another 5 minutes, until sticky and golden.
