Dubu Jorim (두부조림)
  1. Pat tofu dry and cut into thick slices

  2. Fry tofu slices in oil on both sides until golden

  3. Finely chop garlic and spring onions

  4. Mix together chili flakes, sesame oil, soy sauce, water, and syrup or sugar to create the sauce

  5. Add the sauce to the fried tofu

  6. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes

  7. Serve with rice
