Thaw puff pastry according to package instructions;
Macerate berries by mixing them with sugar and cornstarch and set aside;
Mix room temperature cream cheese with sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and lemon zest;
Gently roll your pastry and cut into 8 rectangles; score the edges and add about 1 tbs of cream cheese mixture and top with 2 tbs berries;
Brush egg wash and sprinkle coarse sugar on the edges;
Bake in a preheated oven at 400 F for about 20 mins;
Finish with powdered sugar, mint leaves and enjoy!
