Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet for 5–6 minutes. Drain grease.
Spray the slow cooker with nonstick spray.
Add potatoes, cooked beef, beans, tomatoes, corn, tomato soup, beef broth, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Stir everything together until well mixed.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top. Cover for 5–10 minutes until melted.
Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve warm.
