Cook 6 slices of chopped bacon until done, then remove and set aside
Drain the bacon grease from the pan
Cook 1 pound of Italian sausage with peppers and onions, setting aside a spoonful for later
Stir in 4 minced garlic cloves
Add pepperoni, Canadian bacon, black olives, and half of the cooked bacon
Stir in 24 oz jar of marinara sauce and ¼ cup water
Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper and mix well
Mix in 1 pound of cooked and drained penne pasta
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the mixture
Add 2 ½ cups of mozzarella cheese
Top with reserved sausage, Canadian bacon, pepperoni slices, remaining bacon, and additional cheese
Sprinkle red pepper flakes on top
Bake at 400°F for 12 to 15 minutes until heated through
