Combine crushed vanilla wafers, melted butter, and sugar. Press into dish and chill for 15 minutes.
Whisk pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Set aside.
Beat cream cheese, condensed milk, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in pudding and half of the whipped topping.
Spread crust, add sliced bananas, half cream mixture, then strawberries and remaining cream.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best flavor.
Before serving, top with whipped cream, crushed wafers, strawberries, and mint leaves.
