Rice Paper Sausage Rolls
  1. Pre-heat oven to 200c

  2. Mix the filling ingredients well and set aside

  3. Crack 2 eggs & ¼ cup water with salt & pepper into a shallow bowl

  4. Dip 2 rice paper sheets into the mix and lay them down overlapping each other (refer to video)

  5. Fill with the beef mince filling and roll into a sausage roll making sure the sides are tucked in. Repeat this until you make 5 sausage rolls.

  6. Add onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and spray lightly with some oil spray and top with sesame seeds(optional)

  7. Bake for 20 mins, then flip halfway and bake for another 10-15 minutes

  8. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days and re-heat in the microwave or airfryer for a crunchier sausage roll.
