Start with very soft butter
Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, rum, maple syrup, honey, and vanilla to the butter
Whip the mixture until creamy
Add eggs one at a time at room temperature, incorporating each egg carefully
Add bananas in small pieces to avoid a wet consistency
Add flour and baking powder along with a small splash of milk to help incorporate
Fill a piping bag with batter and weigh each portion to ensure even baking (no more than 300g per mold)
Pour batter into muffin tins, small muffins, or pound cake loaf molds
Bake until golden and fluffy 350f 20 minutes
