Gradually add flour mixture in three additions, mixing until combined.
Scoop dough and place on sheets, spacing 1 inch apart.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges turn golden.
For glaze, whisk powdered sugar with coffee and drizzle over cooled cookies.
