Saucy Beef and Broccoli
  1. Make the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the broth, coconut aminos, tapioca flour, sriracha (if using), garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Set aside.

  2. For the skillet: Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the broccoli and green onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until the broccoli is tender, and the green onions are lightly charred, 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer to a plate.

  3. In the same pan, heat another tablespoon of oil if the pan is too dry over medium heat. Add the steak in one even layer and cook without moving until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Turn the meat over and repeat to cook the other side.

  4. Return the broccoli and green onions to the pan and stir to combine with the steak. Stir in the reserved sauce and simmer until thickened, 3 to 4 minutes.

  5. To serve, spoon the beef and broccoli onto four plates. If desired, garnish with sesame seeds.
