  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan on medium heat

  2. Cut the biscuits into 4 pieces

  3. Roll the pieces with your hands in the shape of a ball

  4. Fry the donuts in batches until browned on both sides, about 1-2 minutes per side

  5. Drain the excess oil on a plate lined with paper towels

  6. Fill the injector with jelly. Use a spoon if no injector is available

  7. Using the tip of a knife, make a small hole on the donut. Insert the jelly filled injector or a spoon and fill them up

  8. Dust with powdered sugar (optional)
